Moving Operations Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Communicate with clients to confirm appointments
• Make crew and vehicle selection for every job the afternoon prior to the next business day
• Ensure every vehicle is inventoried daily per the vehicle inventory checklist
• Verify all equipment necessary for the job is accounted for
• Train Crew Leaders in necessary skills
• Keeps GM appraised of job status throughout the day
• Review job documents for accuracy
• Manage company credit cards and submit all receipts
• Visit the job site to ensure sufficient progress and address any issues
• Supervises Fleet Vehicles and Employees to include the following: Warehouse Coordinator, Crew Leaders, and Furniture Movers

Salary:

$18 – $20 an hour

• Two years of supervisory experience

• Attention to detail to ensure all items are safely moved

• Clean/tidy, well-mannered, and presentable to work with customers

• Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner

• Maintains Confidentiality

• Balances team and individual responsibility

• Possesses a positive team spirit

• Strong work ethic – is on-time, dependable

• Good listener and follows instructions well

• Maintains clean driving record
