Job Description

Crew Leader/Supervisor duties and responsibilities:

Our crew leaders are responsible for communicating with clients, managing a crew of 2-3 employees, and completing all documents and forms required by each client. Also responsible for inventory, cleanliness, and maintenance schedule of vehicles. Must be able to prioritize and multi-task.

$15 – $17 an hour

Requirements:

Excellent managerial and supervisory skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
organizational skills and attention to detail necessary.
Must be well-mannered and presentable.
Ability to successfully oversee the work schedule/ work of employees as assigned.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Must be 21 or older to meet insurance requirements
Must be able to drive a 26′ box truck
Must be able to acquire a DOT medical card.
Must be able to lift, pull, and push 75 lbs. repetitively.
Must be able to stand for 10 hours.
Ability to commute/relocate: Valdosta, GA 31602: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
